Super Easy Microwave Fudge Sauce

I adapted an existing fudge sauce recipe and made it my own. Makes up in a snap, and only a measuring cup to wash up! Tastes wonderful over ice cream, cake, strawberries.

1/4 C. water
4 Tbs butter
2 Tbs white corn syrup
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

In 2-cup glass measuring cup or bowl: add butter, water, syrup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from microave then add chips. Stir until chips are melted through. Stir in vanilla. Store in cup or airtight container in refrigerator until needed. Keeps for 2 weeks

To use: May be used cold as is OR heat amount needed in microwave on HIGH until warmed through (about 30 seconds or more). DO NOT OVERHEAT!
