Cherry Kijafa Cake

Here's something different for chocolate lovers. Easy to prepare and tastes so good. Cherry Kijafa is a Finnish wine, very fruity, delicious on its own, and not too sweet. This wine is worth the search!

Cake Ingredients:

1 package chocolate cake mix
1 small package cherry jello
1/2 c oil
1 c hot water
4 eggs

Cake Instructions:

Follow mix's package instructions for pan size, oven temperature, and baking time. This cake is baked in a 9x13 oblong pan OR a 10-inch Bundt® or tube pan.
Preheat oven to recommended temperature, then prep pan as usual.

Mix all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Bake as directed on cake mix package. Remove from oven but do not allow to cool much. Cake must be very warm to absorb glaze.

Poke the top with fork, thoroughly.

Glaze Ingredients:

2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c cherry kijafa

Pour or spoon topping mixture over the cake, while warm.
