6 hard cooked Eggs
1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
1 tsp dried Minced Onion
1 tsp dried Parsley Flakes
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3/4 tsp Prepard Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp Pepper
Paprika (optional)
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside. In small bowl, mash yolks; blend in the next eight ingredients. Refill whites, using about 1 tbsp yolk mixture for each. Sprinkle tops with paprika if desired. Yield: 1 dozen. |
