I first met Marcy on the webbie when Gary recruited me into the pit crew 'bout 2 years ago. She and Joe gave me a warm welcome and offered me the task of finishing a tour they had just started. I accepted and Marcy guided me along the way making the experience very delightful.

In slack periods when I was not working on a tour, Marcy would send me e-mails just checking in on me to see if all was ok. I really appreciated the friendship that developed and the care she had for each of the crew.
