go to File - Print preview -Page settings
set Left , Right and Top margins to 0.25
make a test page to check where the printing starts. the 13 below can be changed to a higher number to start it farther down


Background URL for each Label if wanted

Transparency use 0 to 100 to mute the background. PCs 0 is invisible
