Country music is a popular favorite.Almost all of the sample MIDI are the works of two wonderful MIDI sequencers, Deb Ackley and Harry Todd. and were used by the gracious permissions of both.
Please visit their sites linked on the left to experiment and hear more of their great sounds. They have a huge body of work on the web.
GOOD country western MIDI examples are not easy to come by, Much of the time the guitar sounds come out less than satisfactory.
I think these samples are some of the best out there.
You will find some older country classics and some newer songs as well as a medley or two.
If you haven't been a country music fan, perhaps listening to these will give you a new experience and maybe you will want to hear more of one of America's homeland sounds.
I find these easy to listen to and that they make nice background sound on web pages.
