AWARD MERITS
Each month an award will be given to a food or recipe site.
Submit your own or pass this information on to anyone that may have a site that you think is deserving in some way.

AWARD CONDITIONS AND RULES BELOW

You do NOT have to live in Northern California for site submissions

It is felt that too much good information and resources would be missed if that were a limitation.

Sites are to be submitted by the site owner or by the designer of the sites WITH permission to submit.

Such permissions will be verified before qualifying.

The site must be food or recipe related in some way.

The relationship can be nutritional, food graphics, food science or any generally accepted food or recipe topic.

Submissions will be judged by a panel of judges taken from the member list of NorCal Recitopia Webring.

Sites for the FIRST award MUST be recieved by midnight PST - OCT 1, 2001 to qualify.

Award recipient will be notified by email no later than OCT 15, 2001.

The site must NOT carry any internal links to "Adult Content" sites, ALL must be "family-friendly" and carry no links that would be considered, obscene, hate related or insulting, biased or in any way inflammatory to the average viewer.

While no site owner is required to join the ring to win the award, it is genuinely hoped that they would in order to network and increase resources for all involved.

Award winners will automatically be listed as Honorary Members within the site pages.

Award winners agree to carry the award " as is" ( except to resize to fit your page ) with a link back and make no changes, upload, download or otherwise store any NorCal Recitopia Information without express written permission.

We believe these conditions to be reasonable to keep the site safe and within our goal of giving an interactive entertaining experience to the average viewer.

The members of NorCal Recitopia Webring invite ALL VIEWERS to join our webring, with or without a site submission or ownership.

We are confident that our site will grow to be an entertaining resource for ANY viewer that has an interest in food or recipes.
