   This is a really neat book, especially for someone who is just getting into ghost hunting. It includes everything from classifications of ghosts, evps, equipment, stories, and profiles of some popular paranormal investigators.

Practical Psychic Self-Defense by Robert Bruce

 Coast to Coast Ghosts by Leslie Rule

   Good book of true ghost stories in the U.S.A. Pictures and copies of newspaper articles make reading interesting.

 Real Ghosts, Restless Spirits, and Haunted Places by Brad Steiger

   This is a GREAT book with more ghost stories than any other single book I've seen. Lots of pictures and stories are separated so that similar stories are all grouped together (ghost lights,haunted property, etc). Another really fun book to just sit and enjoy.

 Haunted Ohio by Chris Woodyard

   This is a series of books containing stories about many of the haunted places
in Ohio. Lots of short tales that make it easy to read for those with busy lives. Haunted Ohio V has a story about Prospect Place!

 Mothman - behind the red eyes .. the complete investigative library by Jeff Wamsley

   If you're into cryptozoology this is a book to check out. Read copies of news paper articles about the Mothman and eyewitness interviews. I found the short chapter on the collapse of the Silver Bridge especially interesting.
